Requirements:
1. An application form.
2. A packing list, notarized by the chamber of commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nigeria.
3. An affidavit signed by the applicant’s company or place of work certifying that the latter has resided in the Federal Republic of Nigeria for a period exceeding three years, and that he/she intends to leave Nigeria and settle in Lebanon for good, and that the items transferred were previously owned and used. The affidavit must be notarized by the chamber of commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nigeria.
4. A proof of three year residence in the Federal Republic of Nigeria (Original Passports and copy of resident page)
5. Lebanese I.D.
6. Copy of property deed in Lebanon or a rented one.
7. Fees paid in cash: $120
