To the Kind attention of the Lebanese Community in Nigeria


Upon instructions from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, the Consular Section at the Embassy of Lebanon in Abuja will suspend all visa issuance until further notice. The Embassy will remain open and operating during normal working hours (9:00 am to 14:30 pm) with reduced staff and limited public access to the Embassy to only emergency matters. This is in line with the decision of the Lebanese Government who declared a state of emergency and general mobilization in Lebanon, and with the closure of Beirut International Airport and of all borders and ports, from midnight Wednesday, March 18, 2020 until midnight Sunday, March 29, 2020.


The Lebanese Embassy in Abuja and its Consulates in Lagos and Kano will remain at the disposal of the Lebanese Community in Nigeria to address their concerns. For any emergency please contact the following numbers:
