The Observatory of Public Service and Good Governance at Saint Joseph University is pleased to announce the award of $10,000 for the best PHD thesis on Good Governance in Public Administration. This Prize is offered by HE Mr. Michel S. Edde, and will be awarded for the first time in 2019, and is open to all Lebanese citizens in Lebanon and abroad.
